We allow customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you may request a return or exchange immediately with the courier upon receipt.

Please note that once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, all sales are considered final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after delivery under any circumstances.
